Dave was on site within an hour of posting the job, he wasn’t the first but after his visit I was happy to proceed straight away. The job started as scheduled, his supplier provided the wrong materials but Dave persisted and in the end found the right materials some distance away and completed the job on the day. Absolutely first class will use again on other projects.

I really appreciate David and his colleagues’ help, as they had done a fantastic job. David sent me pictures to inform me the progress everyday during the whole project. The quote was quite reasonable and the time taken was the same as what he promised. I will not hesitate to get him for help again in the future.

Mr Coneley and staff were pleasant and polite, the work was done to my satisfaction and done on time.They would also have been punctual, had it not been for the rash of roadworks all over the place, which delayed everybody !

David was fantastic from beginning to end. He quoted promptly, provided a competitive quote and was very knowledgeable. He was flexible about working around other work we were having done on the house and work was carried out swiftly and to a very high standard. We will be getting david to come back and replace a further two fascia boards soon. Highly recommend!

Clear Guttering Fascias, Soffits & Guttering
David came out to take a look at why our guttering was overflowing and quickly identified the issue. He fixed it later that day for roughly what i was expecting it to cost. All good, very pleased with the work done.

New guttering – Roofing
First job with David he replaced our guttering very well. Second visit was for a roofing quote and he was extremely helpful. In his third visit I couldn’t have asked for a better response. It was pouring with rain, he came to check an overflow in the rear gutter and front and came same day!. He cleaned out the front guttering and detected the problem at the rear without hesitation. He got soaked but was determined to get the job done. Would definitely recommend him.

all waste/materials from the build were taken away.  i had quotes from other builders that were over inflated and did not suggest the same approach as david, other builders would have left rotten wood on my outhouse and simply clad over it. David did not do this and the work completed was of top quality.

Roof – urgent repair /overhaul Roofing
David contacted me promptly after I posted the job on the website. He came next morning to visit the site. I was very pleased that he undertook the urgent repair of 2 broken tiles there and then for a reasonable price. He was friendly and professional. Would recommend. David was going to provide a quote on new roof and soffits & guttering.
